27th,in Biloxi Mississippi...Takes his Second Best Junior handler
Win on August 24th in Atlanta Georgia.....Takes 2 more Best Junior
Handler wins on consecutive days in Perry Georgia on August 29 and
30th. Joseph is 16 years old, and needs now only 2 more wins to
qualify to compete w/ Cole at Westminster in 2004! |
